Supported Living:
Provides assistance to adults living in the community. Service ranges from
an hour of support each day to 24-hour care.
Emphasis is placed on encouraging the person to have the quality of life
they want.
Services include money management, health maintenance, transportation
and general community support.
Program participants live in their own apartments and pay their own rent
and utilities.
Elmview staff assists program participants to identify and pursue life
goals, independence and self-reliance.
Children participate in a broad range of community activities, attend
school, vacation with parents, and generally experience the pitfalls and
joys of growing up.
Home Care:
Home Care offers services that support each person living at home.
The program focuses on ensuring the health and safety of the person
served.
