Yakima School Project

Services:
One-on-one support to elementary, middle, and high
school students in Yakima County.  Staff provide
services consistent with an agreed upon support plan with oversight by classroom teachers. This support enables students to complete their educational programs each year, ultimately resulting in graduation from high school.

Eligibility:
Student with an Individual Education Plan

Referral:
Provided by each School District's Specai Services.

Ages:
Elementary, Middle, and High School Students.
