Residential Services Manager

This position will report to the Executive Director and oversee designated program staff and clients. Primary responsibilities are providing direction, training and compliance to team of Program Coordinator(s), Operations Supervisor, Client Support Manager(s) and Client Support Specialist(s). Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field and two years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education. Transportation and Facilities Maintenance Worker- Part-time: up to 20 hours per week.

This position will perform basic maintenance and repairs on agency vehicles and buildings and ensure that they are operating in a safe and legal manor. Duties/Responsibilities - Inspect and identify equipment, vehicles or facilities in need of repair. Perform basic repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Coordinate vehicle maintenance. Maintain records of vehicle maintenance and repair. Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority. Resolve and track vehicle trouble tickets. Ensure that safety procedures and requirements are followed. Thoroughly clean exterior and interior of vehicles as needed. Ensure seasonal tires are maintained and rotated on time. Maintain and repair agency equipment and buildings as directed. Assist with upkeep of the facilities and vehicles. Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Performs other related duties as assigned $13.50 - $15/hour DOE

Ellensburg Community Support Specialist - FT & PT positions available

Community Support Specialists (CSS) - PT & FT: We are looking to hire part-time (0-29 hours/week) AND full-time (30+ hours/week) staff. We have multiple CSS positions available! Shifts Available: Swing: 3pm-11pm Grave: 11pm-7am Weekends - all shifts (Day, Swing & Grave) As a CSS you will assist clients to identify and pursue their life goals, promote independence and self-reliance, provide instruction and support to enhance competency, assist in community integration and development of personal support networks, and monitor and promote safety and well-being. Elmview provides services to ensure that each person achieves their desired quality of life. Support may include money and medication management, health maintenance and monitoring and assistance in developing and sustaining skills needed to live in the community. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. At least 18 years of age Ability pass Washington State Criminal Background Check per WAC Ability to meet I-9 requirements Valid Driver's License Have NAR license or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment BBP/First Aid/CPR card or training within 45 days of hire Ability to meet insurance requirement established by Elmview’s insurance carrier when driving company-owned vehicles Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
